Barry Justice started his aviation career early in life. He earned his pilot certificate while still in high school and was a flight instructor while attending college. Prior to starting CAAP he was a business executive and corporate pilot for over twenty- five years and served as an International Captain and Director of Flight Operations for a Fortune 100 company.
Barry founded CAAP in 1993 with the goal of providing unbiased aviation planning and consulting services; he has served as President and CEO since its inception. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Leading Edge Aviation Solutions from 2004 until early 2008. Barry’s diverse background as a business planner and aviator has served as the foundation for the success of CAAP. He has consulted with hundreds of clients world-wide and led CAAP’s team to become the one of the world’s most respected aviation consulting and business jet transaction firms.
Barry is an Airline Transport Pilot with type ratings in several business jets and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina where he earned a BS in Accounting. He serves as a strategic aviation advisor to many major corporations and provides business planning and capital sourcing services to smaller growth companies. He has been a frequent panelist and speaker at various aviation industry forums.
