Vice President of Business Development
Ron has extensive airline and corporate aviation experience spanning over three decades. Ron served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a Part 121 domestic scheduled airline, Lone Star/Aspen Mountain Airlines, and a private jet company, Aspen Executive Air. Most recently, prior to joining CAAP, Ron was in senior executive roles at Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway/NetJets company, where he led the strategic customer service and organizational restructuring of the company.
Prior to Ron's business experience in the Aspen market, he was founder and Chief Executive Officer of a full-service FBO and charter management company in Nashville, Tennessee. Ron has direct experience in Part 121 and Part 135 operations and has served as Chief Pilot and Director of Operations.
Ron attended the University of Tennessee where he majored in Air Transportation in the school of business. He graduated with honors from Columbia Military Academy and has completed and participated in many cutting-edge aviation industry seminars and workshops relating to operational development and management.
